She has such an old hollywood soul/presence and anyone who knows me just knows that I adore anything old hollywood, therfore Katy (as always) made my heart smile with this amazing dress. Part of Me promotional performance Katy popped out of a giant bag of popcorn, sporting an outfit that was very cinema inspired. She sang all of her biggest hits and entertained every single fan that took up the space at the Grauman’s Theatre in LA. Way to go Katy!!
