Here are a few of my winter Must-Haves/Go-To's. I love a statement pant and a classic everyday lid. A lot of people forget that winter doesn't mean giving up your favorite patterns and colors, it just means making use of them in a different way. Like I said I love statement pants. Pants that make the outfit. In the photo I've only showcased my top 3 most recent fancy pants purchases. The two polka dot one are from Loft. They have this Velour feel to them which I love! and the cranberry colored ones are from H&M and they're Corduroys. Which I also love. Another essential of mine are my boots. Combat boots and Knee High or below the knee boots are the best. They're good all year around. My black boots are Etienne Aigner, and my combat boots are from Aldo. Now down to the flat. I'm not a big fan of flats really. I prefer my pumps or my boots, but for those days when I'm constantly running around and I don't want to endure the pain of a pretty pump or be weighed down by a boot, These MK flats become my best friends If you're like me when it comes to flats go for the neutral and/or black route. They'll go with anything. Now for my lids. I have plenty more but these are my basic everyday hats. The fuchsia one is from H&M and the the Black one is from Target. Hats always give me a since of importance. Like June Ambrose said "I like the punctuation of a hat." It adds a little something extra. And last but certainly not least. My Must-Have, Go-To black faux minx coat. Which is Vintage from my mother (not sure where she got it from). I am in love with fur. Faux fur of course, and this coat just brings out the sophistication in every and anything. Not only is it warm as hell but it makes a rich statement. Renee Graziano from the hit show Mob Wives once said "If you don't have a fur you simply haven't arrived." And I agree 100 percent!! These are my Winter essentials and I hope they helped anyone who is still trying to manage style while trying to stay warm and practical. Don't worry Summer will be here before we all know it! :)
