A few winter favorites

Everyday I find myself falling more and more in love with solids. I've never been big on patterns to begin with, but I find myself picking up more simple/timeless pieces than before. Below are just a few of my favorite simple items that I've been rockin this winter.

This sweater looks really odd laying flat and pictures do it NO justice at all. It has a really cool shape to it and its one of those things that really look good on everyone! Not to mention its extremely warm!

So, I think I'm getting back to my sneaker-head ways. Now, I wont be standing in line for the new Jordans any time soon, however I am finding myself reaching for my Adidas more than my Alaias... Okay maybe not the Alaias but you get what I'm saying.

THE jacket. The one that gets a lot of strange looks because it sort of resembles a bathrobe, but also gets a lot of love simply because its such a pretty coat. My SJP coat, as I like to call it, has to be my ultimate fave thing right now. I got it for only $30 at Urban Outfitters. Such a steal considering its original price was $70.

The classic black hat. Need I say more? Didn't think so.

Shoedazzle? Really?

I'm usually skeptical about buying things from websites that I've never shopped from before and that have their items marked at such reasonable prices. I always fear that whatever items I purchase, aren't going to look the way they do on the website when they get to my front door. But what a pleasant surprise it was when these beauties were at my front door waiting for me when I got home the other day.

I have been searching very high and very low for a pair of metallic pumps. And although I'm still searching for some rose gold metallic ones, these silver ladies are keeping my feet great company. I love how classic they are. The heel is a perfect height for an everyday shoe, and the color isn't too bold. Its just enough, and can work at any time of the day.

This little girl stole my heart the minute I saw her on the website. I'm not a big fan of pink so I was very surprised when I found myself "needing" to have this bag. The bold neon pink with the touches of gold is a perfect combination. This bag, much like the shoes can be dressed up or dressed down. I plan on using this bag as a statement. With some ripped jeans and a basic black or white v-neck and some everyday pointy-toe heels. This bag can stand alone, not much will be needed.
